Join our Downward Dog experts and feel the love and connection....and do a little bit of stretching, relaxing and yoga too...
No yoga experience required. Very gentle stretching and relaxing in the presence of a pack of outgoing engaging and entertaining baby puppies.
Bring your own mat or towel, comfortable clothing, plastic water bottle, phone for photos!!
Limited class size:
$30 per participant
Participants 8 years and older. (8-16 must be accompanied by an adult participant unless arranged with organizer prior to event date)
Class location: Kingston Athletic Therapy Centre (KATC) 1663 Venture Dr, Kingston, ON K7P 0E9 (Front Doors)

These classes are not just great for the human participants, they help socialize the puppies and get them ready to join their new families. Meeting new people in a safe and secure is paramount to proper development of a puppy's social skills. The puppies run and play at during these classes. The puppies engage at their comfort level. This builds confidence and stability of being in new situations, with new people and creates a solid foundation for the rest of their lives. Your participation in these classes is great for your heart and soul and you are helping develop fantastic forever canine companions!!!
