Join SICSA for Puppy Yoga on Saturday, March 22nd. The class will take place from 11:00AM to 12:00PM and is open to yogis of all abilities! Throughout the class, some of SICSA's puppies will roam about the room, adding some extra fun and cuteness to the class! Those attending can expect less structure than a typical yoga class with likely interruptions from our puppy friends.
This class will be led by Maureen Warren. Maureen is a RYT 200 Yoga Teacher and has been practicing for over 20 years. She teaches weekly classes at Exhale Yoga Spa in Kettering, and at Sukha Inspired Yoga in Englewood. Maureen focuses on creating a calm and supportive atmosphere for students of all levels and is excited to combine her love of yoga with her love of SICSA!
Class will take place onsite in SICSA's Humane Education Center with an entrance around the left side of the building. Attendees should plan to bring their own mat or blanket to the class. There will be no physical tickets issued for this event. All attendees will be added to the guest list after submitting their payment.
