Slow down, stretch it out, and let the puppies do the rest. Our Puppy Yoga series is a lighthearted, unheated flow designed to relax your body and reset your mind—while playful rescue pups roam the room looking for snuggles (and maybe a forever home).
Think gentle movement, deep breaths, and spontaneous bursts of joy every time a puppy climbs onto your mat. After class, stick around for puppy playtime, photos, and the chance to connect with our rescue partners.
