Back by popular demand, we are offering 2 separate puppy yoga classes as a fundraiser for the Paw Posse Animal Rescue! There will be 14 signup spots for each time slot. Please only pick 1 spot. There will be dogs available during each session to greet, snuggle and hopefully adopt!
**Dogs are provided, no personal animals allowed!**
**Full $25 drop-in for each ticket; passes, memberships, class passes will not be applicable for this event as it is a FUNDRAISING event!
Yoga Flow is an all levels Yoga class for increasing health and vitality through mindful movement and breathing techniques.
We will flow from one asana to the next with our breaths and learn to listen to our bodies while doing so!
