Each Week:

Certified R+ and early developmental trainer, Sylvia Wes, will guide you through different urban spots in Santa Monica, introducing your puppy to new environments and stimuli. Socialize your pup, meet other puppies, and get expert tips from Sylvia on how to navigate early developmental milestones.

Puppy age: 9 to 16 weeks

Class Highlights:

1. Environmental Socialization & Neutralization: Help your puppy adjust to new environments and stay calm around various stimuli (including other dogs).
2. Real World Skill Foundation: Teach your puppy the basics of calm behavior while out in public. Early exposure in a safe environment.
3. Healthy Socialization: A sanitized space for safe puppy play with peers of similar vaccination levels. Build skills through exploration, texture challenges, and dog-to-dog communication.

Schedule:

Week 1: Playtime with friends + class goals, enrichment tips

@ Fitdog (1712 21st Street)

Week 2: Environmental socialization & neutralization in urban spaces

@ 3rd Street Promenade

Week 3: Real world skills foundation + Q&A w/ trainer

@ Starbucks (2200 Colorado Ave)

Pricing:

• 3-Pack: $120
• Rental Fee: $5 per tour

Vaccination Requirements: At least one round of vaccinations required

What to Bring:

• A way to transport your puppy (if not fully vaccinated) - bag, wagon, or stroller - or rent for additional $5 fee
• Treat pouch with high-value treats (boiled chicken, cheese, etc.)
• Well-fitted harness (recommend 3-in-1)
• Water bowl + water
• Mat or towel for comfort
• Squeaky toy
