Let’s do this again!!! Sunday, October 12th at 11am, join us at The ClassRoom Elite Wellness Center for a 60-minute, all-levels Pilates class with instructor Amanda Chine — designed to improve mobility, build strength, and calm your nervous system. This hybrid contemporary Pilates session blends mindful movement with low-impact bodyweight training and a nice juicy stretch at the end, helping you develop full-body awareness, stability, and functional strength—all while surrounded by the cutest puppies. It’s a great intro to Pilates if you’re new! Even better, these sweet pups will be available for adoption at the event. 🐾 A portion of the proceeds benefit The Canine Classroom, a local nonprofit that supports rescues with animal care expenses and promotes responsible pet ownership through school and community programs.
