This hybrid contemporary Pilates session blends mindful movement with low-impact bodyweight training and a nice juicy stretch at the end, helping you develop full-body awareness, stability, and functional strength—all while surrounded by the cutest puppies with Taylor Swift–themed names (yes, expect her on the playlist!). Even better, these sweet pups will be available for adoption at the event.
