About this Event
At Fermenteria, we craft hard water kefir everages that is naturally fermented to 5% ABV and is alive with hundreds of strains of enzymes, probiotics, minerals, and antioxidants. Our kefir drinks like a dry champagne or cider, and is flavored with botanicals and natural extracts for a lightly sweet and efervescent finish. Our finished product has zero sugar, about 100 calories, and no artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavoring, giving you a light, happy buzz without the hangover! Our taproom is dog and kid friendly, with a large indoor dining and bar area, as well as a spacious patio it's the perfect place to bring the whole family!
