Punches & Pilates
Join us for a one-of-a-kind workshop that brings together the best of Club Pilates and Rumble Boxing! "Punches & Pilates" is a unique 60-minute workout, featuring three action-packed stations that will challenge your strength, endurance, and flexibility.
- Station 1: Hit the bag with a boxing session led by Rumble’s top trainers, focusing on technique, power, and cardio.
- Station 2: Take on a high-intensity HIIT session designed to push your limits and boost your energy.
- Station 3: Finish with a Pilates-focused station, where Club Pilates instructors guide you through core-strengthening and muscle-lengthening movements.
Each station lasts 20 minutes, giving you a full-body workout while letting you experience the expertise of both studios. Whether you're a boxing enthusiast or Pilates pro, this is the perfect way to get to know the trainers and studios while breaking a sweat in a fun, supportive environment!
