Join us at Hello Maker's downtown studio to learn the art of Punch Needling!
Punch needle is a creative embroidery technique that both beginners and experienced crafters love to do, and it’s easy to get started! Once you learn the basic technique, you can make all sorts of projects, including wall hangings, pillows, and rugs, and with some sewing skills, tons more! In this class, you'll be provided everything needed to leave with your first completed project!

At Hello Maker, we offer DIY punch needle kits for purchase, and as a workshop participant, you can get yours at a 50% discount for only $10+HST. These kits come with everything you need to create your own unique punch needle project at home, including an embroidery hoop, yarn, monk's cloth, and a punch needle tool. With your newly acquired skills and materials, you can continue to express your creativity and create beautiful pieces that reflect your unique style!
Hello Maker is proud to offer a warm and inclusive environment for our workshop participants. Led by the owner Kirstie, our workshops are held in our fully accessible space, ensuring everyone can enjoy the creative process. While you're crafting your project, we offer coffee, tea, and a selection of Anderson Craft Ales beer, as well as wine, to help you relax and unwind!
