Fall is here, and so is your chance to release stress in the most satisfying way possible—by smashing pumpkins!

At Pumpkin Smash & Smudge, we’ll gather together for an evening of laughter, release, and community connection. You’ll write down what you’re ready to let go of—doubts, fears, frustrations—and then let it all fly as you smash your pumpkin wide open. Feel the weight lift as you watch it shatter!

After the smashing, we’ll move to the fire, followed by setting intentions, enjoying cider together and good company make it a night to remember.

Because sometimes the best way to deal with stress is to break it open! This retreat-style evening is playful, powerful, and deeply therapeutic—perfect for individuals, friends, or anyone who needs a reset.

Bring a canned good or shelf-stable item. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a local food pantry.

Refunds requested 7 days prior to the originally scheduled event will be honored. In case of rain, the event will be rescheduled within Eventbrite's 90-day window.
