Join the annual Pumpkin Run 5K at Wichita State University, a cherished fall tradition that promotes health, wellness, and community spirit. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or participating for fun, this event offers something for everyone. All participants will receive a Pumpkin Run T-shirt and a shiny finisher medal. Awards will be given to top finishers in each age group and overall winners. The race will start and end at the Shocker Hall courtyard, providing a scenic route through the beautiful Wichita State campus. Additionally, a portion of the registration fee supports Suspenders4Hope, a mental health and suicide prevention initiative. For those unable to attend in person, a Virtual Run option is available, allowing participants to complete the 5K on their own schedule, anywhere, anytime, while still receiving the exclusive shirt and medal. The Little Pumpkin Run 1K is designed for children 10 years old or younger, offering a youth-sized T-shirt and a finisher medal, making it perfect for their first race experience. The event will occur rain or shine.
