Pumped Up Strength takes your strength workout to the next level by utilizing combination movement patterns to create a total body strength routine that will rev your metabolism, challenge your body in new ways, and build lean muscle mass. We'll think outside of your basic squat and bicep curl to build strength and bust plateaus all to the beat of some fun music. Participants need to bring their own weights. We recommend a set of medium to heavy as we will be working full body the entire 45 minutes however everyone is encouraged to use their own discretion.
These classes are recommended for ages 14 and older. Bring weights, a towel + water bottle and come prepared for a workout.

Registration is required for this free program as this class is limited. Each week registration will open on Wednesdays at 5PM for the following week’s class at https://www.titletown.com/events/pumped-up-strength
When the class is full the form will offer a waitlist option. We ask registered guests to email [email protected] to cancel if plans change. If any spots open those on the waitlist will be contacted via email or text.
