TRANSPORTATION

Sometimes extra curricular activities affect fete plans. Hence the reason why transportation was not offered in some of the packages. For those who do need transportation, and understand and respect their fellow pumpers time, we have scheduled roundtrip event transportation. Shuttle times will be announced prior to trip.

Please note.

• Shuttle will be set at a specified time. We will leave on time, no waiting on late comers.
• You will not be refunded for missing the shuttle on any leg of the trip for any event. You will be responsible for your own transport at your expense.
• Shuttle will go from the hotel to the venue and back. No additional stops will be made.

• ALL PRICES INCREASE JULY 5th

• If you are rooming with a fellow PumPer, they must make a deposit within 14 days. Rooms and slots will not be held. You must each purchase a package.

• If you are a solo PumPer and interested in being partnered with a fellow PumPer we will do our best to assist.

• Contact us for pricing on additional nights.

• Past PumPcationers: Please email us directly for your discount to be applied.

• After completing your deposit, you will be emailed within 5 days and provided with an invoice detailing your PumPcation package, payments made to date, and your payment schedule if applicable.

1. Do you offer an event only package? No, PumPcation packages include events AND accommodations.
2. Can I extend my hotel stay? Yes, PumPers may arrive earlier or stay longer than the advertised travel dates. Accommodations are subject to availability and all costs associated with trip extensions will be the sole responsibility of the Pumper. Contact us regarding trip extensions.
3. Is airfare included in the package? No, airfare to and from Miami is not included.
4. Is transportation included in packages? Transportation to some events is included in FETE and GLAM packages. Where applicable, transportation may be added to FETE and GLAM packages at an additional cost(Please see Add on option). All transportation is included in the VIP package.
5. What if I am interested in attending other events that are not included? You are welcome to attend any event of your choice. Please note you are responsible for any additional events you attend and applicable transportation.
6. What happens if I don't attend one of the events offered in the package? Partial refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.
7. How will information be communicated to me? Trip updates will be communicated via email. Additionally a WhatsApp group chat will be created for attendees so that information can be shared.
8. Is airport transportation provided? No, however we can provide suggestions on transportation options available from the airport.
9. How will I know my registration is confirmed? Once you have paid the deposit, you will receive am email confirmation from Eventbrite.
10. How can I participate in the carnival parade? You can join a Mas band by choosing a costume and registering with the band. Please email us if you would like information on Mas Bands. You can also purchase a ticket to enter the parade grounds as a spectator. Tickets can be purchased at:https://caribtix.com/event-details

All PumPcation Packages must be paid in full by September 30th, 2021. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture and automatic cancellation of your package without refund.

Prices are quoted in USD and are based on costs, taxes and exchange rates at the time of booking. Increases to these costs and/or charges may result in an increase in the price of your PumPcation Package.

A minimum payment is due at the time of registration via Eventbrite. Package balances may be paid in full any time prior to September 30, 2021, or pursuant to the payment schedule. Please see below for applicable Payment policies and schedules.

First Payment (Deposit)- $399

Additional payments will be due July 15, August 15, September 15

Balances will be divided into equal payments based on the time of registration.

Balance must be paid by September 30th.

PumPers choosing to utilize the above-referenced payment plan will be invoiced via Paypal and payments are to be made via said platform.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

PUMPERS AGREE THAT ALL PAYMENTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEPOSITS AND FUTURE PACKAGE PAYMENTS) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THAT NEITHER REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE ONCE PACKAGES ARE PURCHASED.

PUMPERS AGREE THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR EVENTS MISSED DUE TO FLIGHT DELAYS, LATE ATTENDANCE, OR NON-PARTICIPATION. IF YOU GET SUPER DRUNK AND MISS A WHOLE DAY OF PUMPIN, MAKE UP FOR IT THE NEXT DAY BY GETTING SUPER DRUNK AGAIN. FETE MATHS.

PUMPERS AGREE THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR NO SHOWS OR EARLY CHECKOUTS.

Cancellations due to positive COVID-19 Test results shall be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the PumPer’s deposit. Proof of a positive COVID-19 Test result is required to be refunded. Upon approval of cancellation, PumPers shall be refunded all deposits paid to date, less 25% of the PumPer’s deposit. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to PumPcation Miami via [email protected]. Verbal cancellations shall not be binding.

In the event of the happening of any circumstance beyond the control of the PumPcation Miami Management Team, including without limitation, acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, war or threat of war, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, unauthorized strikes, governmental regulation or advisory, recognized health threats as determined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or local government authority or health agencies (including but not limited to the health threats of COVID-19, H1N1, or similar infectious diseases), curtailment of transportation facilities, or other similar occurrence beyond the control of the PumPcation Miami Management Team, where any of those factors, circumstances, situations, or conditions or similar ones prevent, dissuade, or unreasonably delay prospective PumPers from appearing at the Hotel, or where any of them make it illegal, impossible, inadvisable, or commercially impracticable to hold the Event, The PumPcation Miami Management Team retains the right to unilaterally cancel or postpone the event without liability, damages, fees, or penalty. In the event of cancellation by PumPcation Miami, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the event and all packages will be honored for said new dates.

Registration with, attendance at, or participation in PumPcation Miami constitutes an agreement by the PumPer to PumPcation Miami Management Team’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the PumPer’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in PumPcation Miami, PumPers hereby warrant and represent that they are age 21 or above and knowingly release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue PumPcation Miami, its Management Team, and each of their respective partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees, agents and volunteers and each of the partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees and agents of each of the foregoing (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by PumPers or any of the property belonging to PumPers, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees, while participating in PumPcation Miami or while in, on or upon the premises where PumPcation Miami and/or related activity is being conducted.

PumPers hereby warrant that they are fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected to their participation in PumPcation Miami, including but not limited to travel risks. PumPers hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to PumPers and their property. PumPers knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by PumPers, or any loss or damage to property owned by PumPers, as a result of being engaged in PumPcation Miami, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise. PumPers further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to PumPers’ participation in PumPcation Miami, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees otherwise.

PumPers knowingly and voluntarily intend for this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Policy to constitute an Agreement between Releasees and PumPers. PumPers knowingly and voluntarily intend for this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement to binding the members of PumPers’ families and spouses if PumPers are alive, and PumPers’ heirs, assigns, and personal representatives if PumPers are deceased, and knowingly and voluntarily intend for this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement to be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue the RELEASEES. PumPers hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

PumPers hereby warrant and represent that they are age 21 or above and hereby knowingly and voluntarily agree to indemnify, exonerate and hold PumPcation Miami, its Management Team, and each of their respective partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees, agents and volunteers and each of the partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees and agents of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Indemnitees”) free and harmless from and against any and all actions, causes of action, suits, losses, liabilities and damages, and expenses in connection therewith, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements (collectively, the “Indemnified Liabilities”), incurred by the Indemnitees or any of them as a result of, or arising out of, or relating to the execution, delivery, performance, enforcement or existence of PumPcation Miami or the transactions contemplated hereby, whether caused by the negligence of the Indemnitees or otherwise.
