On Monday 9th September at 6pm Puma will be joining us for our first INTERVALS night. We’ll be running laps of the infamous West Park loop, with the chance to switch shoes in between reps to see the difference between daily trainer and full on race shoe. Puma will be bringing the Deviate Nitro 3 and the Deviate Elite 3. A great opportunity for anyone that has been thinking of trying a carbon plated shoe or a speedy daily trainer. Doors are open from 5:30pm
