PUMA Squad Open Training sessions are open to all PUMA members aged 7years and over. The sessions cover:- Technical Taekwon-Do techniques and patterns,
- Sparring techniques, drills, tactics and free sparring
- Fitness and physical conditioning
- Power Breaking and Special Technique may also be covered
Kick boxers are welcome to attend 11-1pm for the sparring and fitness.
Non-PUMA members may also attend with prior permission from the PUMA Squad Coaching team.
Training fees should be paid in cash on the day (£20, or £10 for additional family members)
