Pearl & the Oysters is a French-American duo formed in Paris by Juliette Pearl Davis and Joachim Polack. They bonded over a shared love for 70s jazz and 90s space age pop while in high school. The pair moved to Gainesville, Florida, to study musicology and music education together.They now reside in Los Angeles and are known for their dreamy, psychedelic space pop sound, often incorporating vintage synths and global influences
