Kursk a.k.a. Jeremy Pattinson grew up in Christchurch, New Zealand where as a youth he was initiated on the Subtle Sound System, the country’s biggest custom-built sound. After launching Innamind Recordings in 2011, Kursk has grown the imprint into one of the most forward-thinking labels representing the deeper end of the 140bpm spectrum. Kursk and Innamind have honed and helped the rise of some of the most prolific talents within the scene including the likes of Gantz, Perverse, LAS, Karma, EVA808, Sir Hiss, De-Tu and many more, its through this meticulously put together roster of artists that Innamind has guaranteed quality through out the years. In 2022, Innamind released the landmark compilation INNASYSTM001 with V.IV.V.E.K.’s SYSTEM Recordings. Although a dubstep label in essence, Innamind has consistently offered a fresh, cutting-edge style that transcends genre while still retaining its dread values, firmly rooted in sound system culture. Kursk regularly takes Innamind on the road and has created a reputation for putting on some of the most bass-heavy shows around with DJ sets from himself and label artists in sold out venues and arenas across the world.

As a steadily emerging face in dubstep, Colorado local Atek (a.k.a. Cruz Martel) has been educating clubs with colorful blends that showcase deep dives into both new tunes and classics in the genre and associated sounds. He's shared the stage with the likes of Youngsta, Lita Lotus, Alix Perez, Von D, Joe Nice, Sicaria, Coki, N-Type, Boofy and many others. Atek has gained a close following based on his capacity to capture the crowd's attention with exclusive sounds that span the range of dub, grime, garage and of course dubstep. Immersed in the history of sound system music, Atek is destined to be a major new force in selector culture here in the States.
