About this Event
Whether you're into CrossFit, strongman, powerlifting, or just a regular gym-goer, this is the event for you!
We are hosting a push-pull meet with the aim to raise as much money as possible for the OSCAR's paediatric brain tumour charity.
You can choose your push:
either a clean and jerk on the Eliko, log, axle, or a bench press
Then, a pull from the floor:
either on a deadlift bar or power bar. Straps are allowed, and we are even allowing sumo!
Points will be calculated using the Wilks system so all weight classes can compete fairly! We even have an anonymous weigh-in for those who prefer not to disclose their weight.
As much as winning is exciting, let's not forget the purpose behind this event. We're fundraising for the incredible OSCAR's Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity on behalf of Cain North.
So come set some personal bests and let's unite the sports and fitness community for this cause.
Spectators are welcome and there will be family fun and fundraising activities throughout the morning.
