PCLA March Meeting

Join us for our April PCLA Meeting on April 10th, 2025 from 11:30am -1:00pm to network with fellow investors, industry experts and other professionals within our community. We welcome LaShun Bland, DBA, Senior Director of Operation Housing Authority.

A Little More:
"Dr. Lashun Bland works as the Senior Director of Operations for the Lonoke County Housing Authority. Dr. Bland has ten (10) years of experience in the housing industry. As Senior Director of Operations, she is charged with managing the operations of eight (8) public housing authorities located within Central, North, and Eastern Arkansas, encompassing the administration of various HUD programs to include the Housing Choice Voucher program, Public Housing program, Low Income Tax Credit Housing program, and the Rural Development program. Dr. Bland has effectively and cooperatively worked with her staff of 75 employees to ensure all programs are aligned with the housing authority’s mission and both short and long-term goals.

Dr. Bland works closely with the Executive Director in the expansion of services in the forms of new developments, existing unit rehabilitation, and maintaining a competitive advantage in each community. Her industry-level experience and educational background continue to provide strength in the housing authority’s mission to provide affordable housing for low-income families."
