🔹 10am – Kundalini yoga with Clara
Breathe, move and reset with a 60-minute Kundalini Yoga session led by Clara Arribas. This practice combines movement, mantra, and meditation to restore balance and inner peace. No experience needed, just bring a mat and water!

🔹 11am - Guest speaker: Sensei Shane. Kōrero mai, kōrero atu, mauri tū, mauri ora - speak up, stand together, stop bullying.
