A judgement free safe warm space for māmā to come and refill there cups to relax and share with other māmā.About this Event
This rōpū is a supportive space for māmā to refuel their cups. Each week the focus will shift depending on the needs of the group and may include kaupapa such as meditation, journaling, mirimiri, vision boards, breathwork, sound healing, reflection cards, book club, self-care ideas, or workshops. Light refreshments will be provided.
All māmā are welcome, and tamariki under the age of four can be brought along.
