Our knowledgeable instructor will guide you through a series of yoga poses after you enjoy the calming effects of puffing on your favorite herbal blend. It's the perfect way to unwind and find your inner peace. This class will be an energizing flow with modifications to amplify or reduce the intensity of each pose. Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind event!
I have mats and blocks to lend out but feel free to bring your own mat and props. Flower and Dabs are available at the event. Class is indoors and space is limited to 12 people so register today! The event is about 1 hour 10 mins to allow time for consumption at the beginning.
ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE 21 OR OLDER.
