he Puerto Rico Bellydance Fusion Fest (PRBFF) is a conglomerate of local and international artists who come together to celebrate the fusion of Arab culture and our own. It is a celebration to highlight and promote local and international talent. This year we celebrate our third edition, dedicated to the island where it all began: Borikén.
The festival consists of a hafla, master classes, competitions and a gala. In this gala, we present an immersive experience that combines acting and dance to convey storytelling with a purpose, together with the local talent of Estudio y Formación Actoral de Angel Manuel and Karlos Khalil.
The competition will take place on Saturday, October 4th at 8:30pm. The gala will take place on October 5 at 6:30pm at the Arriví Theater in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
This festival is an idea born from the love of Karlos Khalil's mind. His desire for our island to be immersed and to learn about our Arab heritage is the driving force behind this festival.
