Public Utilities Billing In-Person Assistance Opportunity

Sarasota County Public Utilities has set up a local opportunity for in-person assistance with the recent transition to our new customer billing system. Join us at the Sarasota County Operations Center, located at 1001 Sarasota Center Blvd. in Sarasota for help setting up your new portal, enrolling in autopay, making a one-time payment and more. Assistance will be offered on Thursday, Feb. 26 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Pre-registration is not required. All customers must have an active email address and have their bank account information (account number and routing number) or a credit/debit card to register for the customer self-service portal.
