His groundbreaking work has earned him the honorary title of “The Bat Man of Mexico” along with international renown and recognition, with features in National Geographic, PBS’s Nature, and BBC nature documentaries, among others. In this engaging public talk, Dr. Medellín will share his expertise on Mexican bats, unveiling their ecological importance and fascinating connection to tequila production.This lecture is free and open to the public.
