Organised by Vima, a contemporary art fair debuting in Limassol in May 2025, this public talk delves into the act of collecting within Cyprus’ vibrant and ever-growing art scene. Discussing how an art enthusiast can move from appreciating art to actively collecting it, the talk will also look at the roles that contemporary art galleries and art-loving communities play in this process, as well as the opportunities and potential challenges facing Cypriot artists today.
