About this Event

Speaking in front of others is such a common fear, but it doesn't need to be this way.In a fun relaxed environmnent you'll learn simple yet powerful strategies to get over those nerves, boost your confidence and really get your message across. These can be used when speaking in person or online.
Perfect for people who need to speak in front of others in business, whether an entrepreneur or working for an organisation.

This workshop is about getting up and having a go, learning new skills and having fun in the process! There will be a maxiumum of ten people as then everyone can receive plenty of individual coaching.

Frequently asked questions ~

1. I feel nervous about coming on this workshop, what should I do? Many people feel nervous and this is of course understandable. As soon as you walk through the door I'll make you feel very welcome. Also at the beginning of the workshop we'll do some relaxation exercises.

2. Can I apply the skills I learn to speak in front of an audience online. Yes absolutely. We'll be discussing this in the workshop.

3. What do I need to bring with me? The main thing to bring is your wonderful self, an open mind and an attitude of curiosity. Most of the learning will be experiential, however you're welcome to bring a notepad and pen to jot a few things down. A digital handout will be sent to everyone after the workshop.

4. Can I get a refund? Refunds are not usually given, although in exceptional circumstances you'll be offered a free place on the next available workshop.

5. Is the venue easy to reach? Yes HOURS Studio is in central Bristol, just off Colston Street, which is a short walk from the centre. There is an alley way, Bristol Yard between a bike shop (called The Bike Shop) and an art shop (called Blaze). If you go down that alley way and turn left you'll see HOURS Studio on your right.
