The monthly Culpeper Town Council Public Safety/Public Works/Planning & Community Development Committee is held at 9:45am (or immediately upon conclusion of the 9:30am Personnel & Ordinance Committee if later) on 4th Tuesdays at 803 S. Main Street (Economic Development Center). Free lot and sidestreet parking is available.This committee is open to the public barring a closed session for confidential or acquisition sensitive topics.
Focus: Police, rescue squad, fire department, building inspections, emergency planning, streets, traffic, street lights, refuse and sanitary conditions of the town, current and long-range transportation plans, general properties, cemetery, planning and community development, and other related matters.
