We’re throwing open our doors for a FREE Public Open Day! Come and experience Spiral Freerun HQ and discover why parkour is more than just movement – it’s a community, a mindset, and a lifestyle. This is the perfect opportunity to explore our facilities, meet our incredible coaches, and try out our services firsthand.
👥 Who’s it for?
The event is open to non-members of all ages, with bookable sessions tailored to specific age groups:
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Mini’s (4-6 years)
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: 6-10 years
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: 10-14 years
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: 14+ & Adults
⚡ What to Expect:
Your 60-minute experience includes:
1️⃣ Welcome & Safety Briefing – Sign in, watch our intro video, and learn the rules.
2️⃣ Taster Parkour Session – Try vaults, jumps, flips, and more under the guidance of our expert coaches.
3️⃣ Sales & Departure – Explore membership offers, grab discounted merchandise, and take home free goodies!
