This event is free and open to the public. You do not need to be a club member.
Want help with your telescope? Bring it along and club members can help you with it.
If you need telescope help get to the park before sunset so we can help with the scope setup and show you the basics before it gets dark.
Don't own a telescope? No problem. Most astronomers at the event are happy to let you look at objects through their scopes (please ask to make sure you aren't interrupting something important before looking). IMPORTANT: These observing nights are "weather permitting" and depend on clear skies. They may sometimes be rescheduled in favor of a better night if the original night is forecasted to be cloudy.
