Join us for a Public Lecture with Lanta Davis, author of Becoming by Beholding: The Power of the Imagination in Spiritual Formation. We become what we behold. The imagination shapes how we see the world and our place within it. So how do we intentionally form the imagination to become the type of people we want to become? By embarking on a tour of the artistic treasures left to us by early and medieval Christians, we can learn what early Christians beheld to ensure they became more like Christ.

Lanta Davis is an award-winning teacher and scholar. Her writing has also appeared in Christianity Today, Christian Century, Smithsonian Magazine, National Geographic, Plough, and Parabola.
