You can share why she deserves this recognition, and the committee will recommend their top five candidates for a vote by the full City Council. Note: The Chair typically allows for 30 seconds to two minutes for comments.
This is the public’s opportunity to say why Rev. Dr. JoAnn Nichols Watson should be honored with a Secondary Street Sign (near her beloved alma mater, Central High School).
