Cordova Residents, Please ReadA new proposal called the Dexter–Candle Ridge Planned Development is moving through the planning process, which includes a plan for new single-family homes in the Dexter area. With this corridor already busy and rapidly growing, it’s important for nearby residents to stay informed and have their voices heard.
A public hearing will be held on Thursday, November 13th at 9:00 AM inside the Council Chambers at City Hall (First Floor, 125 North Main St.). Residents have the right to review the proposal, ask questions, express support, or share concerns directly with planning officials.
