The application for the proposed apartments at 5123 W Bond St will be heard before the Boise City Design Review Commission on Wednesday, October 8, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. This public hearing will be conducted in Maryanne Jordan City Council Chambers, on the third floor of City Hall and through the virtual format of Zoom. Instructions on how to attend and participate can be found online at: www.cityofboise.org/virtual-meetings.The commission is seeking feedback on a proposed 2-building affordable apartment complex at 5123 W Bond St, 5106 W Fairview Ave, and 1650 N Hilton St. The 205 units range from studio to three-bedroom apartments. There are a proposed 136 parking spaces.
