About this Event
Council will be holding a public hearing into the Reclassification of Council land in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993. The properties subject to this hearing are:
- 19P Ross St, Glenbrook
- 20A The Appian Way, Woodford
The hearing will provide community members with the opportunity to share their views about the Planning Proposal for Amendment 21 to LEP 2015 which seeks to reclassify these lots from Community land to Operational land.
The public hearing will be chaired by a person who is independent of Council. Community members will be able to make a short verbal presentation to the chairperson of the hearing.
Following the public hearing, the chairperson will prepare a report on the hearing, a copy of which will be made publicly available.
