1:30 -2:30 Prelube at Urban Beat. Get yourself a beer and some snack food
3:00 Circle up and on out!
Bar Crawl and option for trail with some snacks provided
Closing Circle at Esquire (6:00/7:00ish)

Lansing is just one chapter of an international group of non-competitive running/walking social clubs. Simply put, we are an international community of drinkers with a running problem. Check out GLH3.net for more info!
What is a "Red Dress Run"?
The purpose of wearing red dresses is to show unity in the communities that raise money for charity. The history of the event is pretty fun, so give it a google. Just not on your work laptop.
Will there be running?
Only if you want :) This event is more of a bar crawl lasting the afternoon. Total distance will be 2 -4 miles (choose your adventure!)
