The Carolwood Foundation will open Walt Disney's Carolwood Barn to the public on Sunday, December 21 from 11am to 3pm. Joining us will be Todd James Pierce, author of Making Mary Poppins. Todd Pierce will be joined by authors Ken Bruce (Before the Birds Sang Words), Stan Freese (Music, Mayhem and the Mouse) and Bob Weis (Dream Chasing). If you missed any of these authors in our previous public days, this is your opportunity to meet them and have your copy of their book signed.During your visit you are invited to tour Walt Disney's Carolwood Barn, Walt’s original home workshop and the birthplace of Imagineering. Displays include treasures from the backyard railroads of Walt Disney, Ward Kimball and Ollie Johnston, as well as an operating model of Disneyland's classic Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland attraction.
