Notice is hereby given that Housing Alliance & Community Partnerships (HACP) will accept public comments regarding proposed changes to the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) local preferences within its HUD Administrative Plan.Jared Mangum, Executive Director, and Kimberly Phillips, Deputy Director, will be present to receive comments, answer questions, and provide clarification regarding the proposed changes.
Public participation is encouraged. Written comments may also be submitted to Housing Alliance & Community Partnerships by email at [email protected] or provided in person during the public meeting on February 13, 2026. HACP values community input and looks forward to receiving feedback on these proposed changes, which impact housing assistance within Pocatello and Southeast Idaho.
