Ever wonder: Is that fuse blown? Is that battery weak? Is that outlet dead? What's a resistor?
Unlock the Secrets of Electronics: Join Our DVM (Digital Multimeter) Basic Class! This class is a good place to start exploring our Electronics Lab! Open to Build, RVA members and non-members, ages 12-adult.
This builds on last month's Soldering Class, but newbies can start as well - no prior experience required.
Fees: $20 ($15 members) includes a DVM to keep.
-----
Future classes in this series will be:
- Small appliance and consumer electronics troubleshooting and repair
- Electricity and basic circuits
- Soldering wire and making connections
- Parallel and series circuits
- Simple electric devices such as switches, lamps, LEDs, diodes, motors, and old school buzzers
