About the Walk:Take a guided tour of recently Public Art installations created by local artists. Learn about the artist's intentions behind each piece and hear about upcoming installations taking place in Summer 2025.
Walk leader:
Katie Marie Bruce is the Public Art Coordinator with the Allied Arts Council of Lethbridge, assisting with the City of Lethbridge Public Art Program administration. She is also a University of Lethbridge instructor in the Art Department and practicing visual artists; art permeates her life. Having lived in Lethbridge for a cumulative 14 years, Bruce has enjoyed watching public art become increasingly more prevalent within the community and is excited to share insights and stories around each of the new pieces featured on this walk.
