Pub Science: The Importance of Eel Grass Beds in Local Estuaries by Dr. Caitlin Magel
Dr. Caitlin Magel is a researcher at the Puget Sound Institute at the University of Washington. She studies environmental mitigation and conservation in estuaries. She'll be here to teach us about the importance of eel grass beds in estuary health, and share some of her findings about their status and impact in the Coos Estuary.
