Adam Blockley and myself are attempting to organise a pub-crawl around Warwick for the post Christmas pre New Year period - It's initially been advertised to Midland based or Christmas visiting Lisles but all re-enactor/ ex re-enactor friends in the area will be more than welcome. A Decision has now been made to go for Saturday 27th December , as a date when Christmas celebrations have started to wane a bit but leaving New Year's Eve free for attending parties (notably Dave Parkes annual NY Eve do at the Kennels) and a day (or so ) to get there.... Date now fix but still need opinions on whether or not to do it in kit (for recruiting purposes) or to leave that optional. Provisionally Lunchtime meet is in the Black Pug , Coten End 12.00 noon (after which people can choose to use the afternoon to visit Castle, Multiple Museums, Go Shopping... or drink!) - Evening meet in The Old Post Office , West Street 6,00-7.00pm
