PTSD911 Community Screening & Panel DiscussionSupporting Those Who Serve
On Saturday, March 21, first responders across the Fort Wayne region are invited to a special screening of the powerful documentary PTSD911—a film that confronts the hidden toll of trauma in public safety and opens the door to honest, life-saving conversations about mental health.
Hosted and sponsored by the Northeast Critical Incident Stress Management Team, this event is designed specifically for law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatch, corrections, and all public-safety professionals.
Following the screening, attendees will hear directly from Conrad Weaver, the film’s director, Matthew Fiorenza, the primary subject of the documentary, and Chief Neil Gang, also in the documentary, during a live panel discussion and audience Q&A. Together, they will explore the realities of cumulative trauma, the cost of silence, and practical paths toward resilience, healing, and peer support.
This is more than a film screening—it is a shared experience meant to strengthen connection, reduce stigma, and remind first responders that they do not have to carry the weight alone.
