Psychological Safety - Foundations (IN-PERSON)

Creating psychological safety is critical to success as organizations become more geographically dispersed and seek out new ways to motivate and retain employees, increase
productivity, and promote an inclusive culture.

The Foundations course will introduce you to the concept of Psychological Safety and provide you with simple tools to build Psychological Safety in the workplace.

Sandra is a strategy and change designer and facilitator. She helps people design their own approaches for the emergence of new ways of working. Sandra’s specific expertise is in cultural transformation and public sector environments.
