About this Event
Parenting is rewarding, but let’s be real—it can also be a lot. When the noise, demands, and chaos feel overwhelming, it’s easy to lose patience. In this supportive and practical workshop, we’ll explore why parents experience overstimulation, how our nervous system responds to stress, and ways to regulate emotions in the moment. You’ll walk away with simple, effective strategies to manage overwhelm, set boundaries, and stay calm—even on the toughest days. Because when we take care of ourselves, we can show up as the parents we want to be!
