0800 Mandatory safety briefing followed immediately by first serial.
COF is our standard format.
Only members and authorised guests are permitted to participate.
The afternoon full-bore match is 400m.
1200-1230 check-in.
NB: To become an authorised guest one must first register with the club captain or a vice captain. Complete an intro visit and induction. We do not accept walk-ins.
