The Philadelphia-South Jersey Chapter of the Association for Healthcare Foodservice is pleased to announce the 50th Annual Symposium for Healthcare Foodservice Professionals of the Delaware Valley Area, at the Redner's Event Center, 2024 Centre Ave, Reading, PA 19605 on March 6th, 2025.
PSJAHF uses the proceeds from the symposium to provide scholarships for Dietetic and Culinary students at the local and national levels. Our mission is to grow the next generation of healthcare foodservice leaders and to provide future-forward educational programs for at or about $15 per CEU/credit. PSJAHF has also been fortunate enough to have resources to donate to local shelters and food banks, as well as to World Central Kitchens that provide meals during disaster relief.
