This class is an hour long adapted form of the Yang style tai chi for all levels, mobility, and ages. However, it is geared more towards those who may need a little more support while standing. They will first go through all of the basic moves that, when practiced and properly executed, will test your strength and awareness and complete a short form flow. Balance, coordination, and relaxed awareness will be worked on.
Tai chi is great for your physical and mental health.
