About this Event
11,500 square feet on the second floor of 401 Park Drive for PSG.
The program is a mix of gym, refreshments area, locker rooms, and office space, with aesthetics reflecting Elkus Manfredi’s design of the previous two phases while still having its own character appropriate to a gym. Gym equipment is on a floating isolation slab to keep vibration out of the building structure to allow for sensitive lab spaces to occupy adjacent suites.
Scheduled completion mid-April.

What to Bring
Construction job site attire is highly recommended. Appropriate hard-soled, closed toe footwear (you provide), and personal protective equipment (PPE) are required (hardhat, safety glasses, and safety vests) which can be acquired through EMA Facilities.
Where to Meet
Second level of the Atrium, top of the stairs at 401 Park Drive. Transportation to and from the site is your own responsibility. Be sure to arrive on time.
